The NHS website is a great place to start if you are looking for basic exercises to get started on, exercise tips and some fitness guides, ranging from 10 minute workouts to the NHS’s Strength and Flex weekly exercise guide.

Safe Exercise at Home is a website created by physiotherapists from Australia designed to help older people exercise and stay active at home. They have some great resources, tips for exercising at home, and split their recommended exercises into Levels 1, 2 and 3 depending on your prior fitness.
